Getting to Copper Mountain

There are two convenient airport options for traveling to Copper Mountain:

Denver International Airport (DEN)

Denver International Airport is the largest airport in Colorado and offers the most flight options from across the United States and internationally. Copper Mountain is approximately a 90-minute drive from DEN under normal conditions.

Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE)

Located near Vail, Eagle County Regional Airport is a smaller regional airport approximately 60 minutes from Copper Mountain. While flight options are more limited, it can be a convenient choice for guests looking to shorten their drive time.

Note on Holiday Weekend Travel

Labor Day Weekend is a popular time to visit the Colorado mountains, and traffic along Interstate 70 can be significant, especially on Friday afternoons and evenings.

If possible, we recommend booking a morning arrival flight to allow extra time for the drive up Friday and to enjoy a more relaxed trip into the mountains.
